Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed twice for the same product or service.

• Technical Errors: If a payment processing error caused an incorrect charge.

• Service Not Provided: If you paid for a service that was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no work has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed consultations, coaching sessions, or digital services.

• Credit repair, dispute letters, or administrative work that has already been initiated on your behalf.

• Subscription payments for periods already started.
